This policy explains what personal information Tourago Travel collects through touragotravel.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal shorthand.

We are the data controller for the information described below.
2. What we collect, and when

We do not collect identity documents on this website. There is no passport upload anywhere on touragotravel.com. If your trip goes ahead and your visa application needs a copy of your passport, we ask you for it directly by email or WhatsApp at that point, once you know who you are dealing with. We use it only for the visa application and travel bookings, and we delete it once your trip is complete or on your request.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use analytics cookies at the time of writing. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your chosen language.
3. Our legal grounds
- To perform a contract, or take steps before one — handling your booking request and enquiry.
- Your consent — publishing a review you submitted. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Our legitimate interest — keeping the site secure and preventing spam submissions.
- Legal obligation — records we are required to keep as a licensed travel agency.
4. Who else handles your information
We keep the list of third parties as short as we can. Each one only receives what it needs:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Tourago Travel operates from Algeria, which is outside the EEA and has not received an adequacy decision from the European Commission. When you send us a booking request or an enquiry, your information reaches our team in Algeria. We rely on your explicit consent and on the necessity of the transfer for the performance of your travel contract, and we apply the safeguards described in this policy. If you would rather not transfer data on this basis, please contact us to arrange another way to book.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
- Booking records: for the duration of the trip and afterwards for as long as accounting and tourism-licence rules require.
- Reviews: until you ask us to remove them.
7. Your rights
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the EEA, you have the right to: get a copy of the information we hold about you; correct it; have it deleted; restrict or object to how we use it; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, email contact@touragotravel.com. We answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority — in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), and in France the CNIL.
8. Children
This website is not directed at children. We only process a minor's details when a parent or guardian includes them as a travelling companion in a booking request.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit risk by storing as little as possible: booking enquiries live in our email inbox rather than in a database on this website, and we collect no identity documents here at all.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
